At the heart of B.E.T.A. Builders LLC is Brandon, a General Contractor who brings over 25 years of hands-on expertise to the forefront of high-performance residential construction. Brandon’s approach to building is rooted in a rare blend of academic knowledge and deep trade experience, holding both a BA in Construction Management and a Journeyman HVAC certification.
Brandon has spent decades refining the science of "living well" by focusing on the critical intersection of energy efficiency and occupant comfort. His specialization in air sealing, moisture management, and HVAC comfort design isn't just theoretical; he has designed, engineered, and built four personal residences that consistently outperform industry benchmarks, with his most recent project exceeding Passive House standards.
Beyond high-performance engineering, Brandon is a versatile master of the craft. His portfolio spans from complex structural foundations and framing to the meticulous details of finish carpentry and interior design. Whether managing a full-scale custom home build or a high-efficiency HVAC retrofit, Brandon remains dedicated to the principles of durability, energy performance, and superior craftsmanship.
Eric and Ashlyn
Eric Stokes
Driven by a lifelong passion for heavy machinery, Eric has evolved into an expert operator with the rare ability to command virtually any piece of equipment on a job site. This mechanical mastery is grounded in a deep-rooted heritage of craftsmanship, built through years of working alongside his father on diverse building projects. As a certified HVAC Journeyman, Eric combines this "boots-on-the-ground" grit with specialized technical knowledge, ensuring every project is built on a foundation of structural and mechanical integrity.
Beyond his technical skills, Eric is a relentless problem solver who thrives on finding "outside-the-box" solutions to the industry’s most complex challenges. As the Job Site Superintendent, he approaches every site with a strategic mindset, using his unique blend of field experience and design foresight to anticipate hurdles before they arise. Whether he is behind the controls of an excavator or a design workstation, Eric’s focus remains the same: delivering innovative, high-quality results through a perfect balance of traditional craft and modern technology.
